“Thunder Blossom”
The surreal stem of some enormous plant grows like Jack’s bean stalk high over a Hill Country valley to blossom into a summer thunderhead.

This piece was a special gift to my daughter. She, like the name depicts, is a "powerful little flower". This painting also was juried in at the Wimberley Valley Art League Winter Show, 2007.
